Can't decide which piece of jewelry would look best in your ear? Totally relatable! Good news: you don't have to imagine it anymore. At Piercings Works Amsterdam you can now try on your jewelry virtually first, right from your couch.

What is the virtual piercing try-on?
On amsterdampiercings.nl you upload a photo of your ear (or nose) and try jewelry from our collection virtually. You see straight away how it looks, before you even book an appointment.
Super handy if you're torn between a few options, or want to check whether a new piece goes with the piercings you already have.
How it works, step by step
- Upload your photo. Drag a photo of your ear or nose into the box, or click to upload.
- Choose your jewelry. Browse the jewelry and pick one.
- Place and zoom. Click on your photo to place the jewelry. Pinch or scroll to zoom in and out.
- Happy with it? Drop by or book online. You're welcome every day from 10:30 to 22:00, no appointment needed. Prefer to be sure of your spot? Pick a date and time, fill in your name and email, and let us know which piercing you'd like or any questions you have.
If you book online, you confirm your appointment with a €25 deposit. Any remaining amount, like jewelry or extra piercings, you simply pay on the day in the shop. You can also add a Piercing Aftercare Spray if you like.
Note: the try-on site is currently in Dutch, but the steps are easy to follow.
Why try it on virtually first?
Because choosing can be tricky. Gold or silver? Small and subtle or bold? With your own photo it gets a lot easier.
Take your time, grab some screenshots and send them to your best friend for an honest opinion. And when you walk into the studio, you already know roughly what you're going for.

Do I have to pick the jewelry I tried on online?
Not at all. The try-on is there for inspiration. In the studio you'll decide together with our piercer what fits best.
