Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ
1. Does getting a piercing hurt?
Everyone experiences pain differently. Most clients describe it as a short, sharp pinch. Our piercers always ensure a calm and professional approach.
2. How long does it take for a piercing to heal?
It depends on the type of piercing. A helix usually takes 3 to 6 months, a nose piercing 2 to 4 months. We always provide detailed aftercare instructions.
3. Can I have my piercing changed at the studio?
Yes, absolutely! We're happy to help you change your jewelry safely. Feel free to stop by.
4. Can I swim or exercise with a new piercing?
We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before swimming. Exercising is allowed, as long as there's no pressure or dirt on the piercing.
5. Can I return a piercing?
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of opened packages. Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days.
6. What is the minimum age for getting a piercing?
From the age of 16 with valid ID. Please refer to our “Minimum Age” page for more information.
