This Piercing Service Appointment is for anyone experiencing problems or concerns with an existing piercing. The service focuses on professional assessment and solutions, without re-piercing.

We can assist with piercings that have fallen out and cannot be reinserted, partially or fully closed piercings, inflammation, swelling, pain or bleeding, irritation bumps, allergic reactions, jewellery issues, and the removal or replacement of piercings, including dermals. This service applies to all types of piercings, regardless of where they were originally done.

You may visit with or without an appointment during our service hours, ensuring we have sufficient time and attention for your situation: daily from 10:30–13:00 and 19:00–22:00.

In many cases, we are able to help immediately. Please note that we are not medical professionals; in cases of severe infection or medical complications, we will always refer you to a doctor or specialist.
