We ship all orders within 24 hours via PostNL.
During busy periods, shipping may take a bit longer – up to 3 to 4 business days.

• Gold piercings are shipped with insured delivery up to €500, including signature upon receipt.

• You’ll receive a track & trace code once your order is on its way.

Returns

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened.
Our piercings are delivered in sealed, transparent packaging. Once opened, the product is considered worn and is no longer eligible for return.

You have the right to return within 14 days, provided:

• the packaging is completely sealed and undamaged,

• the item has not been worn or used.

If these conditions are met, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account.
