About the Role

As Studio Manager, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our flagship studio.
You’ll coordinate schedules, support piercers and front desk staff, maintain our high standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients from all over the world.

You’ll work 4 long days per week, giving you more flexibility and time for life beyond the studio.

You might be the right fit if you:

• Show up on time and take responsibility seriously

• Stay calm and organized, even during busy hours

• Can manage a small team and take initiative

• Speak solid English (Dutch is a bonus, not a requirement)

• Are professional, grounded, and love a mix of structure and creativity

• Have experience in retail, hospitality, or a beauty/body art setting (preferred, not required)
