This highly polished 316L steel labret piercing features four synthetic blue opal cabochons, decorated with steel balls and a little spike. The piercing has the length of 6mm or 8mm and thickness of 1,2mm. The attachment on the front has a dimension of 8mm x 8mm.

The piercing is internally threaded which means that the thread is attached to the front disc, not the bar.

The piercing is made of 100% surgical steel 316L.
